Tim Rider is certified in weightlifting and speed and agility training. He holds outdoor in-person classes, which are typically held Tuesdays at 7am and Saturdays at 8am at Banner Field in Locust Point. Signing up is super easy and can be done by simply messaging him on Instagram!

Grind is less than 10 minutes away from the Fitz and offers personal training and meal prep in addition to their open gym! Grind currently has discounts on both monthly and year-long memberships, and also has a day pass available to try the gym out.

Merritt Fitness is one of Baltimore’s top gyms! They offer Express, Gold, and Platinum membership packages, so you can choose the workout plan that is best for you. Merritt’s Downtown location less than 10 minutes away, but you can get a membership that grants access to all locations.

Maryland Athletic Club
If you are unsure about committing to a gym membership, Maryland Athletic Club has a three-day trial program for you to try! Their immaculate Harbor East fitness center is equipped with all of the latest, as well as several pools and even a hot tub!
